Nice to meet you...
Most people know me as Kimi.
I'm a seventeen year old long-distancer living in Scotland. Currently I'm in my final year of high school, waiting on responses from university. A teacher and mummy are amongst the things I want to become someday. I love to create. Please feel free to message me any time - I really enjoy getting to know new people!
And, of course, enjoy your stay!

of headaches and naked women

Hello everyone… Sorry for the recent lack of posts! I’ve been bedded with a migraine for the past two and a half days, but I’m pretty OK now.  My body clock is just all over the place and I keep waking up at ridiculous hours of the night and not being able to sleep and eurghhh it’s horrible.

I’ve actually had a fairly productive time of it, though.  Over Tuesday and Wednesday I managed to do finish off my paper and do some art during my breaks.  I actually got another two pages of my sketchbook done.  You can see the process of the bigger one which I finished on Tuesday below.

SUPAR JUMPY PHOTOGRAPHY FOR ALL TEH WINZ >83  The colours change about because of the lighting in my room/outside Dx

I did some of these photo-doodle-y type things yesterday after I eventually got up.  My meds have been making me tired at all the wrong times of day so I didn’t get up properly yesterday until quarter to three.  But I think these came out pretty cute (and they took up a lot of space in my sketchbook which I’m pleased about).

Also yesterday evening/early hours of this morning I did some “life” drawing - I say “life” instead of life because it wasn’t as if I had a model in front of me to draw from… lol.  Instead I just used a lot of photos of life drawing models.

This is my strategy for getting an A this year hahaha.  I mean, life drawing is highly regarded anyway, but if my folio fails to adequately impress the examiners I’ll just win them over with some boobies.  In all seriousness, though, I actually really enjoy life drawing because you don’t have to be too precise about it - i.e. you can be really quick and sketchy about it but it’ll still turn out looking good.

That and it’s fun to draw boobies and stuff… lol.  I swear I’m actually a six year old boy.  I haven’t seen any life drawing in the AH sketchbooks that I’ve looked at, though… So on that basis I’m hoping this will boost my final grade.

Also I realised after doing this that although I hate drawing them, I actually find feet easier to draw than hands.  MLIA.
