So I got bored today and made myself up as the Dormouse from Alice in Wonderland.  My god I look tired, don’t I?!  Note to self: desired effect was achieved. Definitely looks best from afar, though - which is fine because that’s all I need.  Up close it’s creepy as anything.

I had to look sleepy of course because the Dormouse is, well, a dormouse.  I actually watched the movie again today and a good few commenters were asking why the Dormouse is a dormouse.  It’s actually just because dormice are known to sleep or hibernate for long periods of time, which is why the character is asleep or sleepy for most of the scene.  I personally just think of the word dormant… The mystery has been solved!  Hurrah!

This was the first time in a good while now that I’ve worn false eyelashes, too, actually.  Although, I don’t think you can see them here.  Big fluttery ones to make my eyes droopy and mousey.  My nose is pink here, too, not that you can see.

I do have an actual reason for doing this, but it’s a secret at the moment, hehehe~
