Approaching 2012
With somewhere around two hours to go until 2012, I feel as though I should reflect on the past year and contemplate my goals for the year ahead.
2011 was, for the most part, a very good year. In the beginning few months it was slow and steady and I would have liked it to continue that way, but inevitably by the coming of the Summer months, things sped up and I find myself writing in disbelief...

Looking at unedited photos of myself
is making me feel down recently, because my skin is a complete disaster. I went to the doctor on the 19th about this, and I’ve been put on yet another pill and more antibiotics to try and fix things. The last pill I was on has totally ruined my skin. I’m trying to not let it get to me, but my skin is at its very worst and no amount of makeup is going to conceal it this time round.

Caitlin got me this cute little bracelet for my birthday! It kind of reminds me of a bullet belt, haha~ It’s really easy to put on and tighten, too. So pretty~ I love the colour.

The latest additions I have made to my bedroom are these two lines of flags. The ones in the top photo are above my mirror and are patterned using masking stickers. The second set hang from the bookshelf to the wall and are made out of old cards and wrapping paper.
As such, I went and bought some miniature pegs so that I can also hang photos and notes on the lines. They’re so cute! ...

Hooked! yesterday was fab! Although I’m not sure ten hours of 11 and 12 year olds will be something I jump to do again any time soon, haha.
